Frequently asked questions
- 01To create an account, follow these steps: Click 'Log in' in the top right corner of our website. Choose your preferred authentication method. Fill in your clinic details to complete the registration. Your account is ready to use
- 02Follow these steps to create a patient case in KonektaVET: Enter a patient reference (this can be a patient ID or journal number). Click 'Verify patient reference.' Add your clinical question in the text field or attach a referral. Note: the field must contain at least 5 characters to proceed. If you have a referral attached, simply write 'see referral.' Add files using drag and drop, or click 'Upload files' to browse from a folder. Click 'Create new case' at the bottom to finish. Y our next step is to invite another clinic or a specialist to the case. Note: larger files may take longer to upload.
- 03Follow these steps to send a referral: Create a case following the steps described above. Once the case is created, click 'Invite clinic' and select the clinic you want to refer the patient to. The invited clinic can now access the case and collaborate with you directly within the platform.
- 04Only the clinic administrator can add users. Follow these steps: Click 'Invite user' under your profile settings in the top right corner. Enter the person's email address. Note: they must use the same email address to accept the invitation. Your colleague will receive an invitation to join your clinic account.
- 05Yes. You can be connected to multiple clinics simultaneously, and you can also be linked to several departments within the same clinic.
